Customers may submit a refund request within 7 calendar days from the date of payment. Refund requests are reviewed within up to 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Refunds are issued only in full. Partial refunds are not processed by the administration.
If an order has been partially completed, users may independently request a refund for the remaining balance through the website interface.
All refunds are sent to the same payment details that were used to make the payment.
